Enter into Denmark even from yellow or orange countries if fully vaccinated, with a negative test or if previous tested positive for COVID-19.

Testing in Denmark

Testing in Denmark is free for all. A test center is Located only 10 minutes by foot from the venue of the conference.

Visa application

Please note that special circumstances may apply due to travel restrictions in relation to coronavirus. We kindly advise you to seek information on the websites of the Danish embassies and at the website of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://um.dk/en/travel-and-residence/coronavirus-covid-19/

Invitation letter
 

Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date. Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants and we are not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.


Participants can request an invitation letter from the IFBLS2021 conference registration management on email ms@cap-partner.eu.

The invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full pre-payment of the registration fee. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the Conference, and does not involve any commitment by the IFBLS2021 conference secretariat to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the Conference.

While we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, IFBLS does not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants and is not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.

If a participant’s application for visa is refused, the IFBLS2021 Secretariat will refund the paid registration fees.


Refunds will only be processed when the congress secretariat has received a copy of the refusal letter before 11 July 2021.

Invited speaker reimbursement form

Invited speakers who are offered free transportation can download the reimbursement form here. The form must be filled in and emailed to ifblsconference@cap-partner.eu including receipts for the expenses held to and from the conference.
